1. Then get an app like "Root Explorer" (any file/root Manager App).
2. Using your file manager browse to system > media
3. Blackup original boot animation
4. Copy the new bootanimation
that you already download to /system/media and
using RootExplorer change the file permission become (rw-r--r--)
5. Reboot and Enjoy
